Refund policy
At ZenQi, your health and food safety are our top priorities. Because our products are perishable and prepared for consumption, we are unable to accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at info@zenqi-us.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and include details and photos of the issue, if applicable.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@zenqi-us.com. We’re always happy to help.
