I ordered the ZenQi Pregnancy Package when I was struggling with nausea and barely had an appetite. The warm soups and nourishing meals were comforting, flavorful, and some of the few foods I actually looked forward to eating. I love that everything is thoughtfully prepared with TCM-inspired ingredients specifically for pregnancy. It also took so much stress out of figuring out what to eat every day. Highly recommend for expecting moms! ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about these soups I ordered through ZenChi! All of them made with so much love & delicate care. I recently found her small business & knew right away I wanted to try them all. All the ingredients nourishing my body & soul. Her broths have just the right jiggle. You can taste each ingredient beautifully. Fresh, tasty, healthy, & heartwarming. Learning more about her story, how she started this small business, & what her mission is moving forward, touched my heart immensely! Read her story & order! 🌿 ZenQi Recovery Wellness Package

I’m honestly obsessed with the meals I’ve been getting from ZenQi and had to share a review here! A few weeks before giving birth, I reached out to see if she could support me during my postpartum recovery, and she absolutely delivered. She was so thoughtful throughout the process- asking about my preferences, budget, and creating a completely customized menu for me. At one week postpartum, there was truly nothing better than opening the fridge to nourishing meals like her mushroom soup, spring renewal soup, and wonton soup, and more, all made with restorative ingredients like red dates, goji berries, lotus root, and lotus seeds, and slow-cooked meats. Everything felt so intentional, comforting, and healing during such an exhausting time. She even included a gift for our baby, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. I recently picked up another round of meals tailored to where I am now at 9 weeks postpartum, and once again they’ve been incredible. I truly cannot recommend ZenQi enough. Thank you for everything!
